Coordinate high-volume New York and national commercial title transactions. Serve as the primary contact for underwriters, clients, attorneys, lenders, brokers, and vendors; review title products and purchase agreements; support title billings, closing statements, disbursements, funding, and financial confirmations; resolve inquiries and help clear and close transactions while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

Build and maintain relationships with banking teams and real estate professionals, expand banking networks, drive sales and revenue growth, develop markets, track appointments, and collaborate on business development initiatives. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, accountability, customer service, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills, with real estate, legal, accounting, or transactional experience preferred. Travel may be required.
