The Senior Data Modeler designs and maintains data models, supports AI-driven practices, and collaborates on data lifecycle processes. Responsibilities include translating business needs into data structures, ensuring data governance, and supporting analytics and AI use cases.

Design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI systems (agents, retrieval/RAG, generative AI) and reusable platforms. Own end-to-end solutions from discovery through production, testing, observability, and mentoring, driving architecture, standards, and cross-team adoption.

Lead design, build, and production deployment of ML and GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG, multi-agent systems, recommender and RL models). Architect scalable, secure inference and MLOps pipelines, mentor MLEs, collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps, and measure model performance and business impact. Implement fine-tuning, retrieval, orchestration, and monitoring for enterprise-grade AI products.
