Build and operate CrewAI’s cloud and enterprise infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Develop CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, observability, security controls, self-hosted installation tooling, and reliability processes. Support containers, Kubernetes, databases, queues, networking, secrets, and production workloads. Participate in incident response and on-call operations while partnering with runtime and product engineering teams to improve deployment safety, scalability, and customer production environments.

Owns end-to-end HR operations for a distributed global workforce, including HRIS administration, payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, policies, employment compliance, reporting, and process automation. Partners with leadership, Finance, Legal, and hiring managers to build scalable People infrastructure and improve employee lifecycle processes. The role requires 4+ years of HR operations experience and comfort building systems in a fast-growing, ambiguous startup environment.

The Forward Deployed Engineer integrates CrewAI's products into client systems, ensuring successful implementation by understanding technical requirements and business contexts. They lead deployable solutions, conduct workshops, and monitor performance, ultimately enhancing client satisfaction and value delivery.
