The role interprets federal, state, and investor requirements, maintains condition sets and training materials, analyzes defects and trends, resolves complex post-closing issues, and collaborates with internal departments and bond investors.

Coordinates user acceptance testing for technical updates, serving as liaison among technology teams, stakeholders, and vendors. Develops test plans and cases, tracks defects in JIRA, validates production changes, communicates testing outcomes, and supports process improvements, training materials, audits, and company announcements. Ensures solutions meet business requirements, compliance expectations, and user needs within established SLAs.
