Deploys, configures, optimizes, and supports the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and related applications for enterprise customers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, software deployment engineering, API scripting, integrations, vulnerability and asset management support, incident response deployment assistance, customer project planning, technical workshops, mentoring, and collaboration with customer IT and internal services teams. Travel may reach 25%.

Manage end-to-end background checks, adverse finding reviews, onboarding transactions, and candidate communications. Track completion metrics, ensure compliance with privacy and employment regulations, advise candidates and stakeholders on talent processes, and handle sensitive information confidentially. The role also supports process improvement, cross-functional projects, and excellent candidate experiences using systems such as Sterling, Workday, and ServiceNow.

Owns strategic planning, governance, prioritization, risk management, and execution across a portfolio of Superintelligence Lab programs. The role establishes phase-gate standards, manages change, tracks portfolio health through dashboards and metrics, resolves blockers, advises cross-functional teams, and communicates progress to executives. It requires strong technical program management experience, Jira proficiency, Agile and SDLC knowledge, and the ability to apply AI technologies to improve business outcomes.
