Lead development and execution of divisional continuous improvement (CI) strategy. Coach plant teams, deploy Lean methodologies, run CI projects, standardize work and training, track KPIs, and drive sustained operational improvements across multiple plants.

Support and implement the Twenty by30 sustainability roadmaps and 5-year projects across plants. Lead site workshops, track and analyze energy, water and waste data in OneStream and Sweep, monitor CAPEX (PAR) projects, support product carbon footprinting and reporting (CDP, GRI, CSRD), disseminate best practices, and collaborate with operations, EHS, and customers on decarbonization and compliance.

Lead development and implementation of SOPs, KPIs, and statistical monitoring for beverage can and end manufacturing. Drive process improvement, material qualifications, consumable reduction, training, and Lean/Six Sigma projects across plants.
