Senior Network Engineer providing tier-3 support and ownership for hybrid enterprise connectivity across data centers, cloud, branches, and remote users. Responsibilities include Palo Alto firewall administration, Azure networking, Cisco switching, routing and switching protocols, VPNs, network services, segmentation, and troubleshooting. The role is hybrid in Chicago with occasional regional travel and is structured as a six-month contract-to-hire.

Designs intuitive digital products across business lines using user-centered design and design-thinking methods. Creates wireframes, prototypes, flow diagrams, use cases, and usability studies; gathers user feedback; defines requirements; and partners with architects, developers, product managers, and multidisciplinary teams. Ensures designs meet business goals, user needs, accessibility expectations, regulatory standards, and brand guidelines.

Design and deliver up to 20 live virtual workshops on Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot in Excel. Train business users on Copilot fundamentals, advanced Excel analysis, data visualization, complex formulas, and large datasets. Facilitate office hours and Q&A sessions, create reusable training materials, track attendance, gather feedback, and collaborate with a technical architect on content and delivery.

Owns role-based SAP training from needs assessment through Train-the-Trainer delivery. Responsibilities include interviewing stakeholders, developing instructor-led materials and eLearning storyboards, building Articulate Storyline modules, creating assessments, managing review cycles, delivering trainer preparation, and reporting project status. The role supports an SAP implementation in a fully remote, short-term engagement.

Leads complex systems analysis, software design, application development, testing, debugging, documentation, and technical project planning. Oversees development resources, coordinates technology and business teams, evaluates vendor software, maintains supported applications, recommends technology improvements, and supports budgets, risk controls, audits, and regulatory requirements. Mentors less experienced staff and serves as a technical leader across complex projects.

Designs, analyzes, develops, tests, documents, and supports complex applications and information systems. Leads technical components of projects, coordinates development tasks, mentors less experienced staff, evaluates technologies and vendors, and recommends systems improvements. Collaborates with technology teams, business units, clients, vendors, and senior management while maintaining application effectiveness, documentation, controls, risk standards, and regulatory compliance.

Leads strategic sourcing initiatives by developing RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs; evaluating vendor proposals; coordinating demonstrations and reference checks; negotiating contracts up to $1 million; documenting recommendations and savings; and guiding vendor risk assessments. Partners with cross-functional teams, management, Legal, and third-party risk specialists while ensuring regulatory compliance, internal controls, and effective procurement practices.

Designs, builds, tests, and deploys technology solutions with Agile teams. Develops conceptual, logical, and physical architectures aligned with enterprise standards; evaluates solution options, technology trends, risks, compliance, and architecture quality. Collaborates with enterprise architects, domain leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to resolve technical problems, support governance, and manage dependent product architectures.

Own communications for a major SAP S/4HANA implementation, including communication planning, weekly newsletters, FAQs, executive toolkits, presentations, workshops, and stakeholder engagement. Translate technical SAP changes into clear messaging for plant and manufacturing audiences, coordinate leadership and change champion communications, manage digital channels, and track sentiment, awareness, and adoption.

Coordinate technical project plans, evaluate vendor solutions, manage milestones, and collaborate with technology teams, business units, clients, and vendors.
