Support the project management team on data center tenant fit-out by coordinating documentation, meetings, contract compliance, QA/QC, CPM scheduling, budget tracking, RFIs/submittals, change order review, permit approvals, closeout and as-built drawing maintenance under PM supervision.

Create and maintain detailed construction schedules, perform forensic schedule and cost analyses, develop qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, manage 4D/5D modeling and resource/cost loading, produce monthly progress reports, lead progress meetings, support project managers, oversee change management, and mentor junior schedulers.
