Lead cost management and estimating efforts with emphasis on preconstruction and hospitality projects. Oversee client relationships, maintain budgets and billing, develop staff, produce fee proposals, support business development, and deliver value-engineering and BIM 5D cost modeling services to meet revenue and margin targets.

Lead and coordinate all MEP activities for data center construction projects, managing contractors, consultants, and vendors through design, construction, testing, commissioning, and turnover. Oversee BIM/VDC coordination, review drawings/specifications, control budgets and cost estimates, resolve project-level conflicts, maintain client communications and reporting, and ensure schedule, quality, safety, and budget objectives are met.
