Leads Talent Acquisition operational excellence by optimizing recruiting processes, governance, service delivery, metrics, technology adoption, supplier partnerships, and stakeholder experiences. Drives continuous improvement, change management, training, capability building, and cross-functional initiatives while promoting responsible AI use, data-driven decisions, compliance, scalability, innovation, and best-practice adoption across global recruiting teams.

Leads cybersecurity risk and compliance activities, including third-party vendor risk assessments, due diligence reviews, compliance monitoring, risk inventory maintenance, and mitigation planning. Partners with IT, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and business teams to assess technology changes and embed risk awareness. Applies NIST, ISO, FAIR, and related frameworks, prepares executive reporting, provides technical risk guidance, and supports security awareness initiatives.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support ServiceNow-based solutions and integrations. Troubleshoot production issues, participate in upgrades and release activities, create technical documentation, and collaborate with product managers, architects, cybersecurity teams, and stakeholders in a global Agile environment. Support Qualtrics and enterprise translation integrations and improve automation and user experience.

Develops, tests, and releases embedded software for connected vehicle products. Performs systems requirements, integration, verification/validation, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver connectivity features and resolve product software issues.
