The Director of Tax Services will lead the development and management of Curi Capital's in-house tax practice, oversee tax return preparation, and collaborate with wealth advisors to integrate tax strategy into financial planning.

Lead and scale the People function at a growing RIA: advise executive leadership, design multi-year people strategy, oversee talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, compliance, learning and development, employee relations, workforce planning, HR operations, and People team development to support growth, succession, and culture.
