Manages K-12 education product adoption activities, primarily for ELA/SLA materials, while supporting math and science adoptions. Completes adoption forms, maintains reviewer websites and state adoption pages, develops rubric responses, creates navigation videos and guides, supports communications, analyzes adoption outcomes, and contributes to bid submissions. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, detailed project execution, strong writing and presentation skills, product knowledge, and effective use of AI productivity tools.

Manage the full lifecycle of state instructional materials bid submissions, including project plans, schedules, risk mitigation, cross-functional coordination, compliance, and timely delivery. Design organizational systems, document processes, lead status meetings, track state correspondence and action items, coordinate standards and rubric requirements, and produce and ship final bid materials. Support team training and workflow improvements while managing multiple competing deadlines.

Own Growth Marketing analytics and data operations: build and maintain full-funnel reporting, ensure data governance and attribution, manage segmentation and Pardot audiences, maintain executive BI dashboards, partner with IT and Sales Ops, direct offshore data resources, and implement AI-assisted workflows to automate analytics and QA.
