Support the Business Unit Controller in accounting and FP&A: prepare monthly management reporting, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, SOX compliance and audits, analyze P&L and balance sheet drivers, manage transactional flows (O2C, P2P, MTO), and lead process improvements and staff development.

Lead sales strategy, business development, customer relationships, and commercial execution for industrial products. Develop pipelines, grow OEM and strategic accounts, negotiate contracts, manage forecasts, and drive profitable revenue growth. Own supplier quality activities for automotive components: supplier selection and audits, support NPI with design and manufacturing, lead root-cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone), monitor supplier performance (PPM), perform lead audits, analyze production data, and recommend quality standards and corrective actions.

Develop and support electro-mechanical manufacturing and end-of-line test equipment for new product introductions. Responsibilities include LabVIEW development, troubleshooting test systems, optimizing assembly-cell uptime, creating design documentation, coordinating cross-functional product releases, and supporting manufacturing improvements. The role also involves electrical schematic troubleshooting, laboratory equipment use, PLC programming, robotics or automation, and project execution.

Designs, develops, tests, and troubleshoots electrical components, electronic circuitry, and PCB layouts for new and existing products. Supports new product introduction, EMC compliance, manufacturing testing, root cause analysis, FMEA, vendor evaluation, and production issue resolution. Collaborates with manufacturing and cross-functional teams while ensuring quality, regulatory, reliability, and schedule requirements are met.

Designs custom circuit boards and electrical solutions for rugged networking products, including power, battery, PoE, and high-speed Ethernet circuits. Responsibilities include schematic capture, PCB layout, fabrication and assembly coordination, board bring-up, debugging, verification testing, manufacturing transition, field support, and design sustainment. The engineer collaborates with mechanical, thermal, systems, purchasing, suppliers, and management teams while supporting product schedules and milestones.

Serve as the technical champion for PacStar solutions by translating customer requirements into network and communications designs. Develop presentations, statements of work, estimates, bills of materials, and proposals; support sales and delivery teams; configure and install systems; troubleshoot hardware and software; train customers; and provide post-sale support. The role requires Army solution deployment experience, network technology expertise, a Cisco CCNP certification, U.S. citizenship, Secret clearance eligibility, and up to 50% domestic and international travel.

Drive profitable sales growth into Navy and USMC accounts by owning the full sales cycle, developing account strategies, managing account managers, supporting proposals/RFPs, coordinating with program and federal teams, maintaining customer relationships, and traveling regionally to meet and grow business. Provide forecasts, resolve escalations, and ensure alignment with company product and solution offerings.

Lead SAP data migration efforts: develop migration strategy and execution plans, manage data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loads using ETL tools (SAP Data Services). Run mock data loads and dashboards, conduct data mapping workshops, develop conversion documents and data catalogs, partner with business and technical teams, and report progress to leadership.
