Leads mechanical product design and development for automotive shift selectors and related components from concept through production. Performs CAD design, modeling, tolerance and stress analysis, FEA, validation testing, documentation, and design reviews. Collaborates with customers, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and global engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure manufacturability, regulatory compliance, and product quality. Provides technical guidance to other engineers and supports NPI, APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, and production activities.

Design, develop, document, and test safety-critical embedded software for on-highway vehicles. Develop software and system test plans, perform testing, follow APQP and ASPICE documentation standards, and collaborate with hardware and software engineers on new products. The role also interfaces with customers and supports automotive applications involving CAN bus, UDS, cybersecurity, and functional safety.

Support the Business Unit Controller in accounting and FP&A: prepare monthly management reporting, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, SOX compliance and audits, analyze P&L and balance sheet drivers, manage transactional flows (O2C, P2P, MTO), and lead process improvements and staff development.
