Support the Business Unit Controller in accounting and FP&A: prepare monthly management reporting, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, SOX compliance and audits, analyze P&L and balance sheet drivers, manage transactional flows (O2C, P2P, MTO), and lead process improvements and staff development.

Supervise 2nd-shift production teams to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets. Assign work, enforce safety/OSHA/GMP, coach employees, coordinate maintenance, track production data, drive continuous improvement (Lean), and liaise with other departments to resolve issues.

Manage end-to-end proposal development for RFQs/RFPs: lead teams, drive schedules, ensure compliance, assemble submissions, run bid reviews and kickoffs, and support process improvements to win aerospace/defense contracts.
