Support the Business Unit Controller in accounting and FP&A: prepare monthly management reporting, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, SOX compliance and audits, analyze P&L and balance sheet drivers, manage transactional flows (O2C, P2P, MTO), and lead process improvements and staff development.

Lead sales strategy, business development, customer relationships, and commercial execution for industrial products. Develop pipelines, grow OEM and strategic accounts, negotiate contracts, manage forecasts, and drive profitable revenue growth. Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to support customer programs, product launches, pricing, and market strategy. Monitor competitive and market trends while ensuring customer needs are translated into actionable internal priorities.

Manage site quality and EHS functions within a NADCAP QMS environment, supervise quality staff, conduct internal audits, develop process and inspection plans, host customer and regulatory audits (AS9100/NADCAP), perform root cause analysis and corrective actions, ensure contractual and regulatory compliance, maintain training records, and collaborate with management to align quality with business goals.
