Measures campaign results, advises leadership on communications, and shares best practices with other marketing leaders.

Leads integrated facilities management solution design for hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and AI/HPC data center portfolios. Develops operating models, staffing plans, cost structures, maintenance strategies, technical responses, and mobilization plans. Designs critical-facilities engineering organizations, shift coverage, licensure matrices, technology approaches, and recruiting ramps. Partners cross-functionally on pursuits, leads client workshops and presentations, benchmarks staffing ratios, and supports pricing and governance for complex data center operations.

Supports facility management, supply chain, suppliers, and vendor managers through Corrigo CMMS and vendor-management processes. Maintains accurate scheduling, dispatch, contract amendment, invoice, work-order, and specialty vendor data. Produces progress reports, manages a shared inbox, responds to inquiries, develops user documentation, interprets policies, and identifies process improvements. Communicates with management and leadership while tracking metrics and coordinating changing priorities.
