Conduct market research, revenue/expense analysis, reconcile final values, manage multiple portfolios, interface with senior clients, travel domestically, obtain state licensing, and maintain ASC 820/IVS compliance.

Lead enterprise-level schedule management for large capital programs with a focus on data centers. Develop integrated master schedules, governance, KPIs, and executive reporting. Advise client leadership on phasing, sequencing, risks, and mitigation. Oversee schedule quality, scenario planning, and alignment with cost and commercial objectives. Build and mentor planning teams, support business development, and drive delivery excellence across complex, matrixed stakeholder environments.

Lead pursuit strategy and storytelling for client proposals and presentations, manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensure brand-aligned, high-quality deliverables, coordinate stakeholders, track pursuit activity and outcomes, and drive process improvements and training to strengthen business development capabilities.
