Leads strategic sales enablement initiatives for Commercial and Specialty Markets, including value proposition development, sales pitches, field communications, client-facing content, and cross-functional execution. Oversees strategic sales experience activities and manages a team of business consultants, project managers, and communications professionals. Partners with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Communications, and Strategy to improve sales effectiveness, retention, client engagement, and organizational transformation.

Reviews, reworks, and adjudicates complex medical and hospital claims according to claim-processing guidelines. Performs root-cause analysis, resolves compliance and rework issues accurately, coordinates with internal teams, meets project deadlines, and achieves production, quality, and turnaround-time metrics.

Optimizes pharmacy and MAC pricing, implements pricing changes, performs quality control, develops reports, and supports business needs. Collaborates with clients and internal partners while applying financial modeling, analytics, business intelligence, and problem-solving skills. The role requires independent execution, advanced Excel use, and experience with SAS, SQL, GCP, or Python.
