Teams at Cyera

Prospect into target accounts through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn; build lead lists, manage inbound inquiries, qualify B2B opportunities, and schedule meetings for enterprise sales representatives. The role uses Salesforce and other sales tools, requires learning Cyera’s data security platform and competitive landscape, and involves meeting activity and pipeline targets while working from the Chicago office.

Manage end-to-end program and project operations for marketing, focusing on product launches, integrated campaigns, and events. Drive process improvements, maintain project management tools, track milestones, risks, and KPIs, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and ensure launches run on time and meet organizational goals.

Provide deep technical resolution for escalated support cases for a data security/SaaS product: reproduce issues, analyze logs, validate workarounds, prepare engineering escalations, create documentation and runbooks, mentor Tier 1, and participate in on-call rotations to drive timely customer outcomes.
