Lead global IT strategy and operations for a life‑sciences CRO: oversee cloud and infrastructure, cybersecurity and compliance (GxP/21 CFR/GDPR), enterprise applications and data strategy, digital transformation, vendor and budget management, and build a global IT organization to enable clinical research, data science, and product delivery.

Provide statistical support for German HTA (AMNOG) dossiers, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, deliver and QC (re-)analyses per SAP, contribute to templates and methods, present methodology to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with guidelines.

Lead and expand Cytel's large pharma accounts by managing global sales teams, creating and executing strategic account and sales plans, driving RFP/RFI responses and proposals, engaging stakeholders across organizations, and representing Cytel at industry events to win clinical trial and biometrics business.
