Provides in-person and remote technical support to employees across multiple business groups. Resolves or escalates hardware, software, application, credential, and peripheral issues using ITIL practices, ITSM tools, ticketing systems, and service-level targets. Supports application patching, testing, licensing, deployment, imaging, inventory, lifecycle management, vendor coordination, documentation, and end-user training. Promotes cybersecurity best practices, maintains knowledge-base content, and recommends improvements to technology, procedures, and service quality.

Lead full-stack development using React, Node and TypeScript. Design scalable architecture, write and review code, ensure performance, accessibility and security, mentor off-shore teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, support production (including weekends/off-hours), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical applications.
