Provides first-line customer support for software and system issues through phone, email, and ticketing channels. Performs initial triage, basic troubleshooting, case documentation, diagnostic information gathering, and resolution of common issues. Escalates complex incidents to higher-level support, communicates status clearly, follows support workflows, and contributes to knowledge base improvements while developing technical support skills.

Manages complex intralogistics and material-handling automation projects involving conveyors, machinery, robotics, controls, software, and warehouse systems. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, financial and resource management, vendor and contract coordination, documentation, risk tracking, stakeholder communications, and project delivery across multiple locations. The role requires up to 50% travel and occasional weekend or evening work during go-live events.

Develop and engineer automated material-handling products, including conveyors, sortation systems, robotic systems, and automated storage equipment. Create control schematics, panel specifications, equipment sequences, and PLC programs. Conduct prototype, beta, and field testing; investigate product issues; and ensure safety, reliability, manufacturability, cost, and performance requirements. Maintain schedules and estimates, collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow engineering standards, and travel domestically up to 60%.
