What's the biggest problem your team is solving?
A lot of tech improvements are incremental; it's about small changes to existing tech. It is different at DAIS, we have the opportunity to true transform the insurance industry, and it’s pretty fun. Seeing the adoption and delight of our users when we solve problems is amazing, and solving these complicated challenges is truly rewarding.

When I was hired in 2018, I was our first Customer Success Specialist. I was provided many opportunities to work with our internal teams to build and streamline processes, which helped me grow into my current role as our Manager of Customer Success.
