Coordinates hospital implementations of Masimo medical devices, including inventory distribution, product installation, clinical user training, device decommissioning, stakeholder coordination, and implementation support. Partners with clinical leads, healthcare facilities, OEMs, and corporate teams to ensure equipment readiness and timely completion of deliverables. Requires critical care clinical experience, RN or RRT credentials, leadership, strong communication, independent problem-solving, and frequent overnight travel.

Partners with Legal, Finance, HR centers of excellence, and shared services to execute compliant, scalable solutions in a complex global organization.

Leads global Customer Success strategy and a high-performing multidisciplinary organization for Cytiva’s Resins and Technologies portfolio. Owns go-to-market strategy, customer engagement, voice-of-customer programs, analytics, adoption, retention, lifecycle excellence, and commercial enablement. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, R&D, and operations to drive portfolio growth, customer value, and data-informed decision-making across the biotechnology and life sciences market.
