Requires flexible on-call availability, including day, evening, and weekend shifts, along with reliable attendance and strong multitasking skills.

Lead occupancy growth and revenue through sales and marketing strategies for a senior living community. Manage the prospect pipeline from inquiry through move-in, conduct tours, build referral relationships, track performance metrics in Salesforce, and oversee local digital and print marketing. Plan community events, supervise marketing staff, prepare reports, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate with executive and corporate leadership to improve market positioning and resident satisfaction.
