The Accounting Director serves as the onsite financial steward for a senior living community, overseeing accounting, billing, reconciliations, financial reporting, and resident-related financial matters. The role coordinates with centralized finance teams and regional leadership, resolves billing and account issues, supports department heads and vendors, and assists Marketing and Sales with prospective resident financial qualification and onboarding.

Provides front-desk coverage for an independent living and health rehabilitation community. Welcomes residents, visitors, and staff; handles calls, deliveries, packages, visitor traffic, and resident communications. Monitors emergency, fire, call, and security systems, coordinates responses, maintains logs and records, and provides clerical support. Requires flexible on-call availability, including day, evening, and weekend shifts, along with reliable attendance and strong multitasking skills.

Lead occupancy growth and revenue through sales and marketing strategies for a senior living community. Manage the prospect pipeline from inquiry through move-in, conduct tours, build referral relationships, track performance metrics in Salesforce, and oversee local digital and print marketing. Plan community events, supervise marketing staff, prepare reports, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate with executive and corporate leadership to improve market positioning and resident satisfaction.
