Provides direct nursing care to senior living residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring medical and behavioral changes, developing and reassessing care plans, following physician orders, coordinating services, and supervising resident assistants. The role also communicates resident and community conditions to health leadership and requires compassionate, hospitality-focused service.

Provide compassionate emergency medical response and high-quality care to senior community residents. The role requires EMT or EMR certification and involves full-time evening work Tuesday through Saturday, from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Employees deliver exceptional service while supporting resident safety, care, and well-being in a senior living environment.

Supports the HR Director with full-cycle recruitment, candidate pipeline development, interviewing, onboarding, and new-hire follow-up. Partners with hiring managers, leads recruiting events, creates job postings, and develops retention strategies. Assists with benefits administration, employee relations, FMLA, workers’ compensation, ADA, training compliance, HRIS administration, employee events, and special HR projects.
