Lead a team of four Commercial Finance Analysts and own budgeting, forecasting, P&L reporting, financial modeling, KPI reporting, and commercial decision support. Partner with operations and sales leaders to improve profitability, productivity, pricing, working capital, and sustainable growth. The role includes people leadership, business-case development, financial controls, and regular travel to sites across the United States.

Manage outstanding accounts receivable and collections for existing customers. Resolve billing disputes, invoice questions, and past-due payments through research, skip tracing, calls, and emails. Maintain positive customer relationships, improve cash receipts and recovery rates, reduce discrepancies and DSO, and meet departmental collection metrics. The role requires at least three years of accounts receivable experience, strong communication, sound judgment, and a proactive, self-motivated approach.

Leads the design, operation, security, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise network, server, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure. Manages Microsoft Azure, connectivity, virtualization, storage, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, patching, and identity integrations. Supervises infrastructure staff, contractors, and vendors; establishes standards, documentation, KPIs, roadmaps, and change-management practices. Partners with cybersecurity, service desk, development, and business stakeholders while delivering infrastructure projects and improving resilience, automation, compliance, and operational maturity.
