Owns safety, quality, schedule, customer relationships, resource allocation, forecasting, revenue, margins, and project recovery. Develops operational leaders, establishes consistent project controls, supports strategic customers and general contractors, and drives profitable growth through extensive field travel and executive stakeholder communication.
