Manage renewals, upsells, and day-to-day client relationships for a book of business. Schedule and administer services using Acumatica and Assignar, generate renewal proposals, hit revenue and profitability targets ($1–2M), collaborate with operations, track sales activity, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
