Provide technical leadership across the simulation platform: define architecture, drive feature delivery, debug complex multi-module issues, conduct code reviews, collaborate on QA/CI/CD, and mentor engineers to modernize and maintain the legacy Windows desktop codebase.

Oversee accounting and statutory compliance for foreign entities, including US GAAP conformity, consolidations, currency translations, intercompany transactions, payroll, tax notices, accounts payable, reconciliations, commissions, and month-end close. Support acquisitions, audits, contract data troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvements while partnering with Finance Operations.

Lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for engineering simulation products. Create technical and commercial content, enable sales and channels, run launch campaigns, gather customer and market insights, and represent the product at industry events to drive adoption.
