Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, driving product adoption, analyzing IT operations, recommending configurations and best practices, conducting business reviews, collaborating with product and engineering, and supporting renewals and customer success.

Build and scale Datadog's partner ecosystem across North America by recruiting CSPs, MSPs, SIs, and resellers; enable and activate partners via training and joint GTM; coordinate technical and marketing launches; drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue; run partner performance reviews; serve as regional sponsor for key cloud alliances and own regional channels metrics.

Serve as Datadog technical expert for partner channels, driving partner onboarding, enablement, joint initiatives, demos/PoVs, feature adoption, and advocating partner technical needs internally to ensure successful deployments and adoption.

Manage a team of 3–5 technical writers to create and maintain public product documentation (APIs, SDKs, developer and security tools). Partner with Product and Engineering, research via product experimentation and code review, interview SMEs, and improve documentation standards and processes with the community.

The Partner Manager will recruit and manage channel partners to drive revenue, enable existing partners, and achieve sales growth through collaboration with internal teams.

The Enterprise Sales Executive will prospect and build relationships in State, Local, and Education sectors, focusing on delivering sales targets, negotiating pricing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing territory relationships and maintaining forecasting accuracy.

The role focuses on building partnerships with Global Systems Integrators to drive revenue growth, enabling partners through training and collaboration, and engaging in sales activities to generate new opportunities.
