Lead Dave’s Lifecycle and CRM function across onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, and transactional communications. Own the multi-product lifecycle roadmap, member journeys, next-best-action framework, KPIs, experimentation, and Braze platform strategy. Partner with Product, Marketing, Data, Compliance, and Legal while managing budgets, forecasting, executive reporting, and a team of four lifecycle marketers. Drive compliant, data-informed engagement and retention across millions of members.

Shape company-wide machine learning strategy across credit, fraud, marketing, and growth. Build and improve consumer credit models, establish model governance and responsible modeling controls, and advance experimentation, causal inference, and business measurement. Provide technical leadership, mentor scientists, evaluate AI-assisted workflows, and partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Engineering, Product, and Finance to support reliable, compliant, and impactful financial decision systems.

Develop and deploy machine learning models for fraud detection and credit risk decisioning. Own the full ML lifecycle, including data exploration, feature engineering, experimentation, validation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Analyze fraud trends and portfolio outcomes, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Risk Operations, apply generative AI tools, and mentor fellow scientists while delivering measurable improvements in fraud prevention and responsible credit access.
