Supervise service center operations, including freight routing, scheduling, deliveries, billing, manifesting, personnel performance, recruiting, training, safety, and facility maintenance. The role manages drivers and dockworkers, monitors operational standards, supports corrective actions, and ensures efficient, compliant movement of customer freight in office and dock environments.

Participate in a 24-week sales management trainee program covering the LTL transportation industry, freight operations, leadership development, and sales knowledge. Trainees rotate through first, second, and third shifts, gain hands-on operational experience, and prepare for a future sales role with the company. Relocation to any service center is required.

Supervises LTL service center operations, including freight routing, scheduling, delivery appointments, billing, manifesting, performance measurement, personnel management, recruiting, training, safety compliance, and accident investigations. The role coordinates drivers and dockworkers, maintains facility standards, communicates with customers, and supports efficient, safe freight movement.
