Serves as the senior technical advisor for a federal enterprise IT program, designing enterprise architectures and solutions across cloud, networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, virtualization, software engineering, and DevSecOps. Leads systems integration, modernization strategies, trade studies, technical roadmaps, architecture documentation, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. Provides executive-level briefings and recommendations to government leadership while ensuring secure, scalable, resilient, and compliant technology solutions.

Provides frontline Tier 1 IT support to federal and DoD-aligned end users through phone, chat, and service portals. Responsibilities include password resets, account provisioning, MFA and SSO support, ticket triage, incident documentation, basic workstation and connectivity troubleshooting, ticket tracking, SLA adherence, and escalation to higher-tier teams. The role is fully remote and requires clear communication, adherence to SOPs, and an active Secret clearance supported by a Tier 3 background investigation.

Develops modern, responsive, accessible front-end interfaces, reusable component libraries, templates, and interactive features for federal and DoD-aligned IT environments. Collaborates with UX, backend, CMS, and product teams on API integrations, performance optimization, accessibility compliance, cross-browser troubleshooting, documentation, code reviews, and Agile delivery. Requires an active Secret clearance, bachelor’s degree, and at least seven years of front-end development experience.
