Manages assisted living operations, supervises assisted living and memory care staff, coordinates resident activities, supports wellness programming, assists with staffing and administration, and provides staff and resident education. The role promotes holistic resident engagement, ensures regulatory-aligned training, and collaborates with health services and life enrichment leadership. An RN degree, state-required licensure or certification, and current First Aid and CPR certification where required are expected.

Manages human resources support for a senior living community, including payroll changes, leave entitlements, employee questions, pre-employment screenings, new-hire orientation, policy training, personnel records, training certificates, and staff certification renewals. Partners with community leadership and regional HR while ensuring compliance with company, federal, and state requirements.

Directs social services for skilled nursing residents, including psychosocial assessments, care planning, admissions, discharges, family communication, benefits education, resource coordination, and transition planning. Collaborates with nursing, rehabilitation, admissions, case management, and community partners while addressing behavioral, emotional, financial, and discharge barriers. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local skilled nursing regulations.
