Manage dealership finance and insurance processes: present financing options, conduct credit analysis, process loans/contracts/titles, upsell warranties and insurance, train staff, negotiate with lenders, and ensure regulatory compliance while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.

Lead and develop a two-person BDC team to manage inbound/outbound sales and service calls, internet leads, CRM follow-up, appointment setting, no-show recovery, and equity mining. Monitor call quality, coach reps, collaborate with sales leadership, and approve commission/bonus numbers to drive showroom traffic and dealership performance.

Support regional dealership finance operations by selling finance and protection products, using menu-selling to maximize penetration, meeting PVR and sales goals, ensuring compliant and timely deal processing, maintaining lender and sales team relationships, delivering high customer satisfaction, and providing support across multiple dealership locations with weekly travel between sites.

The role involves converting leads into showroom appointments, managing communication channels, and maintaining high-quality follow-up. Requires strong BDC or automotive internet sales experience.
