Supports dealership office operations by preparing bank deposits and cash reports, managing petty cash, maintaining manufacturer accounts, assisting with month-end closing and audits, ensuring financial compliance, collecting vendor tax forms, processing incentives and invoices, approving accounts, handling collections, and preparing vehicle deal jackets. Requires dealership office administration and license and title experience.

Performs oil changes, lubrication services, fluid checks, vehicle inspections, filter and wiper replacements, tire rotations, pressure checks, and minor repairs. Maintains service records and communicates maintenance recommendations to customers. Requires prior lube technician experience, mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Sells new and pre-owned vehicles by building customer relationships, identifying needs, conducting presentations and test drives, explaining financing and warranties, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The representative manages follow-up and referrals through dealership CRM systems, maintains product and incentive knowledge, and collaborates with finance, service, and sales management. This role requires automotive dealership sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, a valid driver’s license, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
