Lead brand storytelling and content strategy to position Demandbase as the AI GTM category leader. Create high-impact assets across long- and short-form formats, drive executive thought leadership, champion video and visual content, manage omnichannel brand content, align messaging with product and demand teams, and establish editorial processes to scale narrative-driven campaigns that support engagement and pipeline.

Manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle: execute transactions in HR systems, support onboarding and Day 1 setup, maintain records and audits, respond to employee tickets, create reports and workforce metrics, administer immigration programs, oversee contractor lifecycle, and partner on ad hoc People projects to improve HR service delivery.

Manage and expand enterprise customer accounts to maximize revenue via upsell/cross-sell. Partner with Sellers and Customer Success to create account plans, present strategic proposals, lead customer calls, build executive relationships, and leverage martech and AI tools to drive customer value and retention.
