Lead day-to-day client relationships and internal cross-functional teams, manage budgets and billing, identify growth opportunities, oversee deliverables and quality, develop scopes of work and account reviews, present strategic recommendations, mitigate risks, and support team leads to drive client satisfaction and revenue.
