Leads Diageo’s U.S. on-premise channel strategy, execution standards, investment priorities, and performance measurement. Provides indirect leadership to field sales teams and distributor partners, translating brand strategies into channel programs that improve distribution, visibility, consumer engagement, premiumization, and market share. Partners with Brand Marketing and commercial leadership, oversees scorecards and KPIs, monitors performance, and advises senior leadership on growth opportunities.

Leads plant capital, reliability, packaging, and processing projects from scope development through execution and delivery. Manages project budgets, objectives, change control, construction coordination, safety, quality, environmental, and food-safety compliance. Provides technical leadership to controls and instrumentation engineers, supports production and maintenance teams, develops training plans, troubleshoots production issues, and contributes to asset-care strategy, innovation, and financial justification.
