Leads North American Lean initiatives to improve business and service operations through process reengineering, automation, workflow optimization, data-driven metrics, and continuous improvement. Advises senior leadership, manages Lean projects and cost reductions, develops standards and measurement systems, and trains employees in Lean methods including Value Stream Mapping, 6S, and Kaizen. Requires strong analytical, mechanical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with substantial Lean practitioner experience and regular travel to the North Canton, Ohio office.

Leads enterprise FP&A consolidation, forecasting, annual planning, strategic planning, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and executive and Board-ready financial materials. Partners with finance and business leaders to identify trends, challenge assumptions, manage forecast risks, and support strategic decisions. Drives AI, automation, and process improvements while contributing to M&A integration, restructuring, valuation, ROIC, benchmarking, and capital allocation analyses.

Leads the global Infrastructure and Operations organization, overseeing data centers, hosting, cloud, networks, workplace technology, endpoints, IT service delivery, managed services, resilience, vendor relationships, financial planning, and modernization. Develops enterprise technology roadmaps, improves service quality and employee experience through automation and analytics, manages operational risk and technical debt, and partners with cybersecurity, architecture, applications, and data teams. Builds high-performing global teams and contributes to CIO-level technology strategy and investment decisions.
