Teams at Direct Travel

Manages meetings and incentive event projects from planning through execution. Serves as a secondary client contact, coordinates logistics, communications, vendors, budgets, contracts, invoices, timelines, and program documentation. Collaborates with internal departments and external partners, supports site inspections and event operations, reconciles expenses, and ensures successful project outcomes. The role is hybrid in Schaumburg, Illinois, or Appleton, Wisconsin, and may require extended hours, weekends, and travel.

Designs production solutions during the pre-sales cycle for corporate events, conferences, and experiential activations. Partners with business development, production, strategy, creative, and sourcing teams to translate client objectives into technically feasible scopes, budgets, proposals, and presentations. Serves as the production subject matter expert in client pitches, assesses risks and capacity, supports pricing and market positioning, identifies expansion opportunities, and creates handoff documentation for delivery teams after contract award.

Provides comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements for VIP corporate clients, including air, hotel, ground transportation, and rail. Delivers concierge-level service, manages complex itineraries, advises on international travel requirements, supports travel accounts, and resolves customer service and technical issues. Ensures compliance with client travel policies, uses preferred suppliers, applies airline ticketing expertise, and maintains high standards for accuracy, communication, productivity, and customer care.
