Build change capability, stakeholder engagement, readiness and training, change champion networks, measure adoption and sentiment, and advise leadership to embed sustained organizational change.

Manage relationships for a portfolio of corporate travel clients: retention, contract negotiations, implementations, account planning, profitability, selling additional services, travel program consulting, and CRM data capture while collaborating across internal teams.
