Lead architecture for high-volume, data-intensive distributed systems using Domain Driven Design. Provide project-embedded consultation, prioritize platform capabilities, automate architecture documentation, champion reliability, scalability, security, CI/CD, and cloud-native best practices while communicating complex technical decisions to stakeholders.

Designs and delivers enablement programs, onboarding, and playbooks for Customer Success and Sales; drives process improvements, change management, data-driven strategies, and cross-functional projects to boost customer outcomes.

Serve as primary client liaison for the forensics lab: schedule and host scoping calls, coordinate stakeholders (sales, PM, examiners), perform documentation and QC for forensic tickets, provide status updates, collect client feedback, and act as backup to the Forensics Operations Manager.
