Supports business development by building customer relationships, managing sales opportunities and pipelines, coordinating feasibility assessments and proposals, and driving new and repeat business within an assigned territory. The role partners with business development, marketing, and scientific teams to address customer needs and advance projects. It requires strong communication, organization, presentation, prioritization, and life sciences knowledge. The position is remote within U.S. Eastern or Central time zones and requires less than 5% travel.

Monitors clinical trial sites remotely and on-site to ensure protocol adherence, data integrity, regulatory documentation, and issue resolution. Coordinates monitoring visits, prepares reports, reviews deviations and trends, supports retraining and corrective actions, maintains site files and Salesforce data, and collaborates with Clinical Affairs, Quality, researchers, biopharmaceutical clients, and clinical sites. The role requires up to 50% domestic travel and participation in process improvement activities.

Manage end-to-end marketing programs for Specialty Lab Services, translating strategy into multi-channel campaigns, content, events, and enablement. Partner with Scientific Affairs and Sales, track KPIs, oversee timelines and budgets, and produce scientifically accurate collateral to drive market share across biopharma, diagnostics, and life science customers.
