Supports building automation and controls projects from installation through commissioning and turnover. Coordinates field activities, subcontractors, technicians, documentation, schedules, budgets, purchase orders, change orders, billing, and project records. Participates in customer and project meetings, tracks commissioning progress, monitors risks, and escalates issues. The role includes frequent travel to job sites and is intended to develop the employee toward full Project Manager ownership.

Develop, test, and program PLC-based control systems for data center HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems. Meet clients, implement changes, support commissioning/start-up, debug logic/hardware/communications, collaborate with contractors/vendors, and document control strategies and configurations.

Develop, configure, test, and deploy building automation control systems. Program DDC/PLC logic, integrate BACnet/Modbus devices, configure networks, support commissioning and field technicians, troubleshoot live systems, maintain documentation, and implement third-party integrations for complex BAS/SCADA architectures.

Design and build Ignition Perspective front-end visualizations and 3D floorplans for BMS/EPMS in data centers. Create reusable components, responsive dashboards, role-based interfaces, collaborate with back-end teams, lead visual design on projects, and support UAT and troubleshooting.

Provide advanced application development, integration, and troubleshooting for DDC/BMS/BAS projects. Configure BACnet/Modbus gateways, develop control databases and interfaces, support commissioning and service teams, review portfolio standards, mentor junior engineers, and participate in customer technical meetings and project lifecycle documentation.
