Leads firmwide marketing strategy, brand positioning, enterprise storytelling, integrated campaigns, content programs, and communications. Lead multidisciplinary mechanical engineering teams and multiple Justice + Civic projects, overseeing design quality, construction documents, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and client expectations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and owners; review interdisciplinary designs; guide staff on justice facility requirements; and support business development, RFPs, client interviews, and relationship management. Apply expertise in smoke control, mechanical and plumbing systems, security integration, facility operations, building codes, and sustainable design standards.
