Supports software quality assurance through manual testing, test case and test data creation, defect tracking, regression and UAT testing, bug-fix validation, and documentation. Collaborates with QA engineers, developers, business analysts, and project teams while participating in Agile ceremonies. The intern reviews requirements, applies testing best practices, and contributes to process improvements for web-based and internal business applications.

Designs, executes, and maintains manual and automated tests for web-based software applications. Performs functional, regression, non-functional, and user acceptance testing; documents defects; collaborates with developers and business analysts; supports Agile delivery, release risk analysis, root-cause diagnosis, QA reporting, automation maintenance, and process improvement. The role also mentors team members and helps ensure testing standards are consistently followed.
