Provides technical support for CNC machine customers, sales teams, and trade shows. Designs fixtures, develops and troubleshoots machining processes, creates CNC programs, performs machine setups, conducts time studies and test cuts, inspects finished parts, and prepares engineering proposals and documentation. Programs CMMs, supports turnkey applications, consults with customers, and trains customers after installation. The role requires extensive travel, customer communication, and experience with Mill-Turn machining, CNC programming, tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing processes.

Leads finance operations covering cash and liquidity, accounts receivable, credit, collections, customer financing, working capital, financial reporting, internal controls, and KPI management. Partners with Sales, Operations, Legal, and financial institutions to improve cash conversion, manage credit exposure, and resolve billing issues. Oversees SAP-enabled process improvements, audit support, and finance staff development.

Design, test, and prototype innovations for industrial machine tools, particularly in additive manufacturing, involving CAD, specifications, and product development.

Design, prototype, and test mechanical systems for industrial machine tools in additive manufacturing. Collaborate with teams, ensure compliance, and conduct tests.

The Sales Apprentice is responsible for understanding machining technology, learning sales processes, and building customer relationships, while managing contracts and documenting sales activity.

The CAD/CAM Engineer will develop software solutions, evaluate customer needs, deliver training, and maintain relationships, notably in the machine tool industry.

Support VP of Sales and cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives: track sales KPIs, prepare executive reports, support forecasting, inventory planning, margin optimization, and coordinate customer visits, tradeshows, and strategic events while enabling data-driven decision-making.

Provide on-site technical support across DMG MORI USA: troubleshoot hardware, Windows and Microsoft 365 issues, support iOS devices, provision and image workstations, maintain IT asset inventory, document resolutions, support conference room AV and video conferencing, assist onboarding/offboarding, escalate complex issues, and participate in IT projects.

Design, program, and commission machine-tending automation cells. Interface robots, CNCs, vision, and peripherals; perform wiring, troubleshooting, documentation, customer training, and onsite runoffs. Provide technical support and safety/circuit configuration.
