Manages delinquent mortgage loan loss mitigation cases by evaluating borrower finances, reconciling income and credit documentation, reviewing property valuations and liens, negotiating resolutions, calculating modification and forbearance terms, and monitoring borrower performance. Work is primarily onsite in an office environment, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
