Supports development, testing, documentation, and improvement of DP World's Warehouse in a Box application. The intern will code new features, document technical requirements and workflows, create process flowcharts, assist with UI and integration enhancements, and maintain technical documentation while collaborating with developers, product owners, and technical leads.

Manages credit functions for freight forwarding and contract logistics business units. Develops and implements credit policies and controls, reviews customer creditworthiness, and approves credit limits and payment terms. The role requires finance expertise, strong credit analysis experience, policy development experience, and familiarity with the logistics and freight forwarding industry.

Supports sales executives in growing ocean freight-forwarding business through pricing, quoting, account management, customer service, shipment issue resolution, QBR preparation, team training, and scalable customer implementation programs. Coordinates with operations, finance, logistics, and internal teams to deliver accurate solutions and a positive customer experience.
