Supports sales executives in growing ocean freight-forwarding business through pricing, quoting, account management, customer service, shipment issue resolution, QBR preparation, team training, and scalable customer implementation programs. Coordinates with operations, finance, logistics, and internal teams to deliver accurate solutions and a positive customer experience.

The Director, Market Access will formulate ARO strategies, drive business growth, manage customer relationships, and ensure compliance across the DP World supply chain.

Lead credit functions for contract logistics and freight forwarding. Develop and implement credit policies and controls. Manage customer credit applications: review creditworthiness, set/approve credit limits and payment terms, and support credit controls implementation.
