Plans and conducts independent social-compliance and responsible-sourcing audits across operational facilities. Reviews records, interviews workers and management, assesses labor, human-rights, environmental, ethics, and safety requirements, documents non-compliances, and prepares evidence-based reports. Reviews corrective-action evidence, maintains impartiality and confidentiality, coordinates with clients and audit teams, and supports calibration and professional-development activities. Frequent travel and independent scheduling across multiple assignments are required.

Lead and manage aerospace management-system audits (AS9100), develop scope and agendas, assess readiness, direct audit teams, document findings, prepare reports, train and evaluate auditors, and ensure compliance with DQS program and accreditation requirements.

Hunter-style sales role to generate new business for sustainability assurance, verification, and certification services across the U.S. Build and manage pipeline, engage senior stakeholders, scope requirements with technical teams, develop proposals, and close deals. Represent the company at events and track market/regulatory trends to meet revenue targets.
