Lead the design, development, and implementation of low-latency brokerage systems, mentor engineering teams, and ensure high performance of trading applications.

Performs supervisory reviews of trade and order exception reports, investigates root causes, documents findings, clears queues, tracks corrective actions, and escalates issues under written supervisory procedures. Maintains examination-ready records, supports regulatory inquiries, identifies recurring exception patterns, and partners with Engineering and Brokerage Operations to improve monitoring workflows. The role requires familiarity with FINRA rules, regulatory transaction reporting, strong judgment, and an active Series 7 license.

Own capital-markets product solutions from discovery through production readiness. Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data definitions. Analyze trade-processing workflows and data using SQL, design API and event-driven integrations, manage backlogs, investigate production issues, and align Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and external market participants. Requires deep U.S. capital-markets and back-office transaction-processing expertise in a fintech, brokerage, banking, clearing, custody, or related technology environment.
