Leads UX architecture and product design direction across a B2B scientific intelligence platform. Responsibilities include user research, information architecture, prototyping, design systems, usability improvements, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Science, and Commercial teams. The role also establishes design processes and recruits, manages, and mentors a growing product design organization.

Provides executive and commercial leadership support through calendar, travel, expense, communication, meeting, and information management. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives, customer visits, conferences, dinners, sales events, and internal commercial programs. Manages timelines, logistics, vendors, budgets, materials, and stakeholder communications while improving workflows and operational efficiency. Represents leadership professionally with customers, partners, vendors, and internal teams.

Leads Drug Hunter’s global event program across hosted symposia, mixers, dinners, scientific conferences, sponsorships, sales events, and digital Flash Talks. Owns attendee and speaker experience, event logistics, budgets, vendors, sponsorship deliverables, conference coordination, HubSpot tracking, follow-up workflows, event calendars, and standardized operating procedures. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Science, and Marketing to support commercial priorities and deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences. Requires approximately 30% domestic and international travel.
